The Queen having been pleased to approve that Mrs Nancy Elizabeth Scott Robson OBE DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Moray to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in her favour bearing the date 7 April 2020 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
