THE QUEEN has been pleased by Warrant under Her Royal Sign Manual dated 14 April 2020 to appoint His Honour Judge Mark Lucraft, Q.C., to exercise as Recorder of the City of London all such judicial functions as have heretofore been exercised by Recorders of the said City.
