A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 18 Stoke Road Slough, Stoke Road, Slough, England, SL2 5AG by THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, at 1st Floor, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 23 June 2020, at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.

Take notice that the Court has ordered that an advertisement in the London Gazette in the United Kingdom and Trud in Bulgaria, along with posting by Royal Mail international mail addressed to Georgi Komisarov at Buhovo 9, Entrance B 2nd Floor, Buhovo, Sofia, Bulgaria, 1000 and by email to support@xtraderfx.com shall be deemed to be service of the Petition on the Company.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 22 June 2020.

Important. If the Company does not attend the hearing of the Petition the Court may make a Winding-up Order against it in its absence.
