Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before 17:00 on 31 July 2020, to send their full names and addresses along with descriptions and full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to Robert Day (9142) at The Old Library, The Walk, Winslow, Buckingham MK18 3AJ, and, if so required by notice in writing from said Joint Liquidators, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts/claims are proved.

The Joint Liquidators will treat any debts of £1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the Joint Liquidators that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 17:00 on 31 July 2020.
