Notice is hereby given that on 20 March 2020 a petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by the directors of Kilmarnock Powder Coating Services Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Kilmarnock Powder Coating Services Limited having their Registered Office at Unit 3b Moorfield Park, Kilmarnock, Scotland, KA2 0FJ be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 9 June 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
