The following order has been made in relation to the above debtor under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, an order of Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Mullen sitting as Judge of the Insolvency and Companies Court dated 22 June 2020 recognising the administration proceeding in respect of the Debtor in the Republic of the Mauritius as a foreign main proceeding pursuant to Article 17 of Schedule 1 to the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 (the "Model Law") and pursuant to Articles 20(6) and 21(1)(g) of the Model Law, the stay and sus-pension in Article 20(1) of the Model Law is modified and additional relief is granted in the terms set out in the Order including certain relief provided under paragraph 43 of Schedule BI of the Insolvency Act 1986 AND that service on the debtor be dispensed with.
