Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that General Meetings of the above company and its creditors will be held at the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EW on Wednesday 12 August 2020 at 11.00am for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up for the entire period of the liquidation.

The following resolutions will be considered at the Creditors meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s Receipts and Payments account be approved

2. That the Liquidator receives her Release

3. That the Company’s books and records can be destroyed 12 months after the Liquidators release

Creditors wishing to vote at their meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EW no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 11 August 2020
