The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Premier Oil UK Limited whose address is 4th Floor, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EN for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Solan Platform and the Solan P3 Production Well and between the Solan P3 Production Well and the Solan P1 Production Well.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 152.4 Millimetre Production pipeline shall only be used to convey Produced Fluids; the 25.2 Millimetre Production Well Electrical pipeline shall only be used to convey Power; the 56.0 Millimetre Production Well Electrical/Comms pipelines shall only be used to convey Power/Comms; the 25.2 Millimetre Production Well Electrical/Comms pipeline shall only be used to convey Power/Comms; the Electro-Hydraulic Chemical Umbilical shall only be used to convey Power/Comms, Chemicals and Hydraulics and the Production Well Hydraulics Umbilical shall only be used to convey Hydraulics.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Premier Oil UK Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
