The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Enterprise Oil Limited whose address is Shell Centre, London, England, SE1 7NA for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Pierce FPSO ESDV and the Shearwater C FGL SSIV.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 168.3mm Production pipelines shall only be used to convey Produced Fluids; the 294.3mm Production pipelines shall only be used to convey Produced Fluids; the 323.9mm Gas Export pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas; the 209mm Gas Lift pipelines shall only be used to convey Gas Lift; the Gas Export SSIV umbilical shall only be used to convey Hydraulic Fluid and Electric; the 25.4mm Electrical Jumper pipelines shall only be used to convey Power/Signal and the Hydraulic/Chemical Jumper Bundles shall only be used to convey Hydraulic, Meth Injection, Scale Inhibitor and Wax Inhibitor.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Enterprise Oil Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
