THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967

The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020", (S.R. 2020 No. 155) which came into operation on 28 July 2020.

The Rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 (“The International Travel Regulations”). It gives effect to Schedule 4 to the International Travel Regulations by inserting a definition of “specified competition”. The definition of “electricity interconnector” is removed from Schedule 2 to the International Travel Regulations. The following is added to Schedule 3 to the International Travel Regulations to the list of exempt countries and territories to self-isolate for 14 days after their arrival in Northern Ireland: Estonia; Latvia; Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; Slovakia; and Slovenia.

The rule may be purchased from the Stationery office at www.tsoshop.co.uk or by contacting TSO Customer Services on 0333 202 5070, or viewed online at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr
