A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Greenock (Court Ref: GRE-L3-20) by TOM GLANCEY and CHRISTOPHER GLANCEY, as directors of FUNWORLD LEISURE LIMITED, having its registered office at Units 1-3 Fort Matilda Industrial Estate, Eldon Street, Greenock PA16 7QB (Reg. no. SC275674) (the "Company") craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company, be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 11th August 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Greenock within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Paul Dounis and Gareth Harris, both Insolvency Practitioners of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG (IP numbers 9708 and 14412 respectively, tel: 0131 659 8300) to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
