The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Ithaca Energy (UK) Limited whose address is 13 Queen’s Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4YL for the construction and use of a pipeline between the Captain C Tie-In Skid and the Captain C Mini Manifold.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the Electrical and Signal Umbilical shall only be used to convey Electrical Power and Signal.

The pipeline may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Ithaca Energy (UK) Limited have been appointed operator of the pipeline.
