NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, by an Order of the Court dated 20 August 2020, Richard William James Long (Outgoing Office-holder) (IP number 6059) was removed as Office Holder in the matters listed in the Schedules below where he was the sole appointee and Nigel Heath Sinclair (IP number 9030) and Christine Patricia Bartlett (IP number 24570) (Replacement Office-holders) both of Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford SG14 1HH (telephone 01992 503372) were appointed as Joint Office Holders in his place. In those matters where Richard William James Long was the joint appointment holder with Nigel Heath Sinclair, Christine Patricia Bartlett was appointed in place of Richard William James Long.

1. In relation to the creditors’ voluntary liquidations set out in Schedule 1 hereto:

(a) Nigel Heath Sinclair & Christine Patricia Bartlett be appointed as joint liquidators of HS Services International Limited in place of Richard William James Long.

(b) Christine Patricia Bartlett be appointed as joint liquidator of ConcertSound Clair Limited, Jane Kent Limited, Nina Catering Limited, Kinetic Insurance Brokers Limited, Itsokayco Ltd, EDR Builders Limited, We Buy Cars Today Limited and Seehorn Limited in place of Richard William James Long.

2. In relation to the members’ voluntary liquidations set out in Schedule 2 hereto:

(a) Nigel Heath Sinclair & Christine Patricia Bartlett be appointed as joint liquidators of Claude Lyons Limited in place of Richard William James Long.

3. In relation to the compulsory liquidations set out in Schedule 3 hereto:

(a) Nigel Heath Sinclair & Christine Patricia Bartlett be appointed as joint liquidators of Limitedspace Media Group Limited in place of Richard William James Long.

(b) Christine Patricia Bartlett be appointed as joint liquidator of Parker Holdings Worldwide Limited, Westrail Limited, Fernwood Boats Limited, Travell Inn Ltd, International Timeshare Refund Action Limited and Inspire Designs (London) Ltd in place of Richard William James Long.

4.In relation to the bankruptcies set out in Schedule 5 hereto:

(a) Nigel Heath Sinclair & Christine Patricia Bartlett be appointed as joint trustees in bankruptcy of Mary Paricha Powanrakha Naraine, Rodney Earnest Day, Eric Paul Wallman, Ravi Kiran Rach, Alan Louis Justice, Christopher Edward Baker and Sandeep Kumarin Bajaj place of Richard William James Long.

(b) Christine Patricia Bartlett be appointed as joint trustee in bankruptcy of, Michael Philip Covington-Cross, Philip Andrew Whettingsteel and Colin Tu in place of Richard William James Long

5. The Replacement Office-holders shall, at the first convenient opportunity, and in any event when the next routine report is due to the creditors of each estate or within twelve months following the making of this Order, whichever is sooner, notify such creditors of the making of this Order, such notice to contain the following matters:-

5.1 an explanation of the effect of this Order; and

5.2 express reference to the liberty to apply contained in Paragraph 6 below.

5.3 Where creditors’ committees or liquidation committees have been appointed, an explanation that, to the extent that any information which would otherwise be required to be provided under rules 3.63, 6.25, 7.61 or 10.77 (as the case may be) of the Rules has not already been provided as part of the report, it is open to that committee to require the Outgoing Office-holder or Replacement Office-holders to provide an account of the administration of the estate, including a summary of receipts and payments;

5.4 Where creditors’ committees or liquidation committees have not been appointed, an explanation that, to the extent that such information as aforesaid has not already been provided as part of the report, it is open to any creditor to apply to court for an order that the Outgoing Office-holder or Replacement Office-holder do provide an account of the administration of the estate, including a summary of receipts and payments.

5.6 Notification that if any of the Outgoing Office-holder or Replacement Office-holder have been required to provide the information referred to in sub-paragraphs 5.3 and/or 5.4 above, whether by a liquidation committee or creditors’ committee or by court order on the application of any creditor(s), the costs of any appointed office-holder of so complying will, unless there are good reasons to the contrary, be paid as an expense of the liquidation or administration as the case may be; and

5.7 In each of the cases listed in Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 5 notification to each creditor of their right under regulations 11(2) or 25 of the Insolvency Regulations 1994 to require the Replacement Office-holders to supply a statement of receipts and payments free of charge.

6. Each creditor of each liquidation and bankruptcy, who has an objection to this Order, has liberty to apply to vary or discharge this Order. Creditors shall have 56 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 5 until further or other order by the court.

7. There be liberty to each creditor of each estate and to each member of Claude Lyons Limited to apply to vary or discharge this Order within 28 days of receipt of the notices directed to be sent under Paragraph 5 above.

8. Without being required to apply to the Secretary of State for a release pursuant to any relevant provision, Richard William James Long shall be granted his release in respect of each case on the later of 28 days after the publication of this notice or 28 days after receipt of any of the notices directed to be sent under paragraph 5 above in respect of that case.

9. In the cases listed in Schedules 1 to 5 (inclusive) the Outgoing Office-holder be released and discharged from all liability both in respect of acts or omissions of his in the administration of the estate and otherwise in relation to his conduct as Trustee, or in respect of acts or omissions of his in the winding-up and otherwise in relation to his conduct as liquidator or provisional liquidator, or acts or omissions in relation to his conduct as Supervisor, such release and discharge to take effect 56 days from the date of the Advertisement, or following written notice to the creditors in respect of the cases listed in Schedule 4, save in respect of any objection made pursuant to paragraph 19 of this Order, or claim notified to the Replacement Office-holder pursuant to the Act and/or pursuant to such other provisions as may apply on or prior to the notice date.
