The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Ornamental Horticulture Industry (Coronavirus, Financial Assistance) Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020", (S.R. 2020 No 219), which came into operation on 14th October 2020.
