NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the deemed consent procedure is being proposed by Nazim Manji, a director of the company in accordance with resolutions passed by the Board of Directors.

The proposed decision is that Harjinder Johal and George Michael, both of Ashcrofts, 601 High Road Leytonstone, London, E11 4PA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one of them as Joint Liquidators of the company and the decision date is 23:59 hours on 28 October 2020.

A resolution to wind up the company is to be considered by shareholders on 28 October 2020.

In order to object to the proposed decision, you must deliver a notice stating that you object not later than 23:59 hours on 28 October 2020. In addition, you must have also delivered a proof of debt form not later than the decision date, failing which your objection may be disregarded.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value as which it was assessed if they wish to vote.

Under the provisions of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor's debt which is listed in the Company’s Statement of Affairs under £1,000 constitutes a small debt for the purposes of a dividend. Creditors whose debt is under £1,000 must still include a valid proof of debt with any objection notice.

Harjinder Johal (IP No. 9175) and George Michael (IP No. 9230), being individuals qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the above company will, during the period before the decision date, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
