NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that final meetings of the member and creditors of the above Company will be held at Ernst & Young LLP, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT on 17 November 2020 at 10:30am and 11.00am respectively, for the purpose of laying before the meetings an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the Liquidation.

A form of proxy for use at the meeting, if desired, can be requested and should be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at Ernst & Young LLP, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT not later than noon of the business day before the meeting.
