The Proposed Holyhead Harbour Revision Order
Notice of Further Environmental Information
1. On 6 January 2020 Stena Line Ports Limited (“Stena”) applied to the Welsh Government for a Harbour Revision Order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 ("the 1964 Act").
2. The proposed Order would authorise Stena to construct and maintain works at Holyhead harbour in the County of Anglesey. The works comprise the reclamation of two areas of land within the harbour together with associated works including a wave wall, an area of rock armour revetment and two single storey warehouse buildings. The Order would also authorise the construction of subsidiary works and confers powers to dredge for the purposes of constructing and maintaining the works.
3. The application is subject to an environmental impact assessment and the Welsh Government has received further information in relation to the environmental statement which was provided with the application and the Welsh Government is of the view that the further information requires to be considered in order properly to assess the likely environmental effects of the proposed project.
4. Copies of that further environmental information may be obtained by writing to Royal HaskoningDHV, Honeycomb, Edmund Street, Liverpool. L3 9NG at a charge of £50 for a hard copy and £5 on USB stick.

6. In light of the current public health situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) a hard copy of the further environmental information will not be available in a public place for inspection at this time.
7. Any person wishing to make a representation to the Welsh Government in relation to the further environmental information should write to The Planning Inspectorate, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ or email wales@planninginspectorate.gov.uk
8. Any such representations should: (i) be received by the Welsh Government before the expiry of the period of 42 days starting with the date at the foot of this notice, (ii) be made in writing quoting reference 3234821, (iii) state the grounds of the representation, (iv) indicate who is making the representation, and (v) give an address to which correspondence relating to the representation may be sent.
9. Any representation received by the Welsh Government cannot be treated as confidential and will be passed to Stena as well as being made publicly available online. Representations should refrain from including personal or sensitive information.
10. The Welsh Government will pass to Stena a copy of any representations received.
