INSOLVENCY AND COMPANIES LIST (ChD) Court Number: CR-2020-004019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a block transfer order of insolvency cases dated 23 October 2020 it has been ordered that:

1. Each of the County Court cases listed in the schedule attached to this order (the “Schedule”) be transferred to the High Court Division for the purpose only of making this Order.

2. Immediately upon this Order taking effect, the County Court cases listed in the Schedule be transferred back to the County Court.

3. Geogia Karen Fisher (the “outgoing office-holder”) be removed from office in respect of each of the cases listed in the Schedule (the “block transfer cases”) from the date of this Order.

4. Derrick Arthur Smith (“the replacement officeholder”) be appointed as replacement office-holder in respect of each of the block transfer cases listed in the schedule from the date of this order.

5. The creditors in each of the block transfer cases be notified of this Order by the publishing in the Gazette one composite notice relating to all new appointment effected hereby and shall file any appropriate notices in respect of the outgoing office-holder’s resignation and those appointments with the Registrar of Companies and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (Insolvency Service) as appropriate within 28 days.

6. Any creditor, or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the Schedule who has an objection to this Order shall have 42 days from the date of the notice placed in the Gazette to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such Application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed in the Schedule until further or other Order by the Court.

7. The replacement office-holder shall give notice to the Secretary of State and the Registrar of Companies in respect of the insolvency proceedings listed in the Schedule of the terms of this Order as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. The Applicant shall file a copy of this order with each of the Courts listed in the Schedule.

9. The Applicant shall receive her release as Liquidator and Trustee in Bankruptcy of the appointments set out in the schedule with effect from such date as determined by the Secretary of State.

10. The Applicant has complied with Rule 12.37(6) of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

11. The Respondent consents to the Application and to the Applicant’s compliance with Rule 12.37(6) of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

12. The costs of the Application shall be paid by Oury Clark of Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Berkshire SL1 1PG.
