NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 4.061 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991 that an annual meeting of the above-named Company’s creditors will be held at the offices of Duff & Phelps, 24 St Stephen's Green, Dublin, D02 EK82, Ireland on 20 November 2020 at 12:00 pm for the purposes of considering and voting upon the following:

1. That the Joint Liquidators’ Progress Report for the period 24 August 2019 to 23 August 2020 be approved

2. That the Joint Liquidators Receipts and Payments account for the period 24 August 2019 to 23 August 2020 be approved

3. That no Liquidation Committee be formed

1. A full list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected, free of charge, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the offices of Duff & Phelps on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting.

2. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must have lodged a claim in the Liquidation and, unless they are individual creditors attending in person, ensure that their proxy is received at the offices of Duff & Phelps Ltd. The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.

3. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint another person or persons as their proxy to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy need not also be a creditor of the Company. Please note that the original proxy authenticated by or on behalf of the creditor must be lodged.
