In order for their vote to be counted creditors must submit their completed voting form so that it is received at CBA Business Solutions Limited, 126 New Walk, Leicester LE1 7JA by no later than 23.59 hours on 19 January 2021, the decision date. It must be accompanied by proof of their debt, (if not already lodged). Failure to do so will lead to their votes being disregarded.
