NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Weymouth Harbour Revision Order 2021 was made by the Marine Management Organisation on 14th January 2021 and comes into force on 17th February 2021.

A copy of the Order has been deposited at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT11XJ and may be inspected between 8.30am – 5.30pm, if local COVID-19 restrictions allow. A copy of the Order can be obtained from Dorset Council by contacting Jamie Joyce (Jamie.Joyce@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk 01305 838386).

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
