IT WAS ORDERED THAT the Enforcement Receivership Order made by His Honour Judge Beddoe on 1st October 2014 as subsequently varied shall be further varied placing the freehold property known as The Ward End Ex-Servicemen’s Club, 87 Ward End Park Road, Washwood Heath, Birmingham, B8 8EX, title number WM33707 within the Receivership Estate so as to facilitate the sale of that land toward satisfaction of the Defendant’s outstanding confiscation order.
