Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 29th January 2021 it made these Orders

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the schedule to this notice below.

2. Establish permit parking places (operational '9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone WD7 permit in the service road fronting Nos. 20 to 130 Harmondsworth Road, West Drayton.

3. Introduce waiting restrictions operational '9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday' within the service road fronting Nos. 20 to 130 Harmondsworth Road, West Drayton.

4. Establish permit parking places (operational '9am to 5pm Monday to Friday') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone SR3 permit in the service road fronting Brackenhill, Ruislip.

5. Introduce a permit holders past this point residents' parking scheme in the access road leading to Brackenbridge House, Ruislip (operational '9am to 5pm Monday to Friday') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone SR3 permit.

6. Establish permit parking places (operational between '9am to 10pm everyday') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HR permit in the service road fronting Nos. 26 to 82 Harlington Road, Uxbridge.

7. Introduce a permit holders past this point residents' parking scheme in Woodside Close, Ruislip (operational '9am to 7pm Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Public Holidays between 1st March and 31st October') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone RL3 permit.

8. Establish permit parking places (operational '9.30am to 10.30am and 3.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone WR2 permit in parts of Chichester Avenue, Ruislip.

9. Introduce waiting restrictions operational '9.30am to 10.30am and 3.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday' in parts of Chichester Avenue and Wood Lane, Ruislip.

RESIDENTS PERMITS - £0 - 1st vehicle, all subsequent - £65 per annum.

VISITORS VOUCHERS - First book of 10 per household per annum- free. £8 - per book of 10 thereafter.

Copies of these Orders which will come into operation on 8th February 2021 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from Resident Services Directorate, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
