Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 7.39(3) of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the appointments of the joint provisional liquidators in respect of each of World Marine & General Insurances Pty Limited, FAI Insurances Limited, FAI General Insurance Company Limited and HIH Casualty and General Insurance Limited were terminated by the Court with effect from 5 October 2015, 27 February 2017, 24 April 2017 and 14 October 2020 respectively, in each case otherwise than on the making of a winding up order.
