Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 5 February 2021 that:

1. That Adrian Dante be removed from office in respect of each of the cases listed in Schedule A (attached to this order) (the “Block Transfer Cases”) from this date of this order,

2. Michael Colin John Sanders be appointed as the replacement office-holder in respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule B from the date of this order.

3. Georgina Marie Eason be appointed as the replacement office-holder in respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule C from the date of this order.

4. James Snowdon be appointed as joint replacement office-holder in respect of each of the block transfer cases listed in Schedule D from the date of this order.

5. The creditors in each of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A be notified of this order either by letter or by advertisement published in the London Gazette within 3 months of this order and the Applicants are required to advertise the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases in any event within 3 months.

6. Any creditor, or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies listed in Schedule A who has an objection to this order shall have 56 days from the date of this letter or advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. The time period shall run from two business days after the letter is posted or from the date of advertisement whichever is the later. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A until further or other order by the court.

7. Nothing in this order shall release Adrian Dante from any obligation to give and file notices in respect of his removal under this order in respect of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A.
