The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (Amendment No. 3) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 ", (S.R. 2021 No.117) which came into operation on 30 April 2021.

The Rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (“the principal regulations”).

This Rule allows a provider in receipt of grant funding from the Education Authority to deliver youth activities for persons aged 4 to 25 years in an informal setting and will allow members of a household, a bubble or a party to be seated at the same table in accordance with regulation 5(1)(d). Other regulations make consequential or technical amendments.
