NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held the offices of ASM (B) Ltd, 4th Floor, Glendinning House, 6 Murray Street, Belfast, BT1 6DN on Thursday 20th May 2021 at 10:15am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order, to consider the statement of affairs of the company to be laid before the meeting, to appoint a liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of ASM (B) Ltd, 4th Floor, Glendinning House, 6 Murray Street, Belfast, BT1 6DN not later than 12 noon on Wednesday 19th May 2021.
