NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS
Authorisation IOG North Sea Limited hereby gives notice on behalf of itself, Calenergy Resources (UK) Limited, ODE Asset Management Limited and IOG Infrastructure Limited, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum Act 1998 that it has made an application to the Oil and Gas Authority for the grant of an authorisation for the construction and use of a system of pipelines between the 24” Valve Skid and the Low Water Mark at Bacton Terminal.
A map (or maps) delineating the route of the proposed pipelines and providing certain further information may be inspected free of charge at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice from 10am to 4pm on each weekday from the date that this notice is published until the date mentioned in the next paragraph of this notice. Pursuant to a direction of the Oil and Gas Authority, representations with respect to the application may be made in writing by email to consents@ogauthority.co.uk and addressed to the Oil and Gas Authority, Consents and Authorisations, Second Floor, 48 Huntly Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1SH (marked FAO OGA Consents & Authorisations Manager, Offshore Pipeline Authorisations) not later than 27th July 2021 and should bear the reference "PA/3476" and state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
