At a General Meeting of the Company convened and held at 1 Armytage Road, Hounslow, TW5 9JH on 29 June 2021 at 11.00 am the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolutions numbered two and three were passed:

1) That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

a) That John Edmund Paylor of Greenfield Recovery Limited, 72 Temple Chambers, Temple Avenue, London EC4Y 0HP and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

3) That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
