Notice is hereby given of a Petition which was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 28 July 2021 by Daniel Joseph McMullen for the restoration to the Register of Companies of Scot Industrial Products Limited, formerly having its registered office at 216 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2PQ (Company no: SC240428) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031  of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 16 August 2021, the Sheriff at Hamilton appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 8 days after publication of this advertisement; all which notice is hereby given.
