The following Order has been made in relation to the above Debtor under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006: the Hong Kong bankruptcy proceedings brought under the Hong Kong Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap. 6) against Wang Liangping (Hong Kong High Court file No. HCB 8393/2020) be recognised as a foreign main proceeding in accordance with the UNCITRAL Model Law on cross-border insolvency as set out in Schedule 1 to the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006. The foreign representatives have been entrusted by the Court with the administration, realisation and distribution of the Debtor’s property in England and Wales.
