Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"), the Company was placed into administration and myself Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR were appointed Joint Administrators by the Qualifying Floating Charge Holder on 17 December 2019.

Notice is hereby given, that the Joint administrators of the Company intend to make a third distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 22 October 2021 by sending full details of their claim to the Joint Administrators at 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Administrators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Administrarors deem necessary.

The intended distribution is a third distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 22 October 2021. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
