Chrysaor Production (U.K.) Limited (a Harbour Energy company) has submitted, for the consideration of the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, the draft Decommissioning Programmes for the Vanguard QD, North Valiant SP, South Valiant TD and Vulcan RD installations, and associated infield pipelines in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1998. It is a requirement of the Act that interested parties be consulted on such decommissioning proposals.

The LOGGS Satellites V-Fields Area, consisting of Vanguard QD, North Valiant SP, South Valiant TD and Vulcan RD, respectively lie approximately 72 kilometres, 69 kilometres, 67 kilometres and 57 kilometres north-east of the North Norfolk coast in Blocks 48/25b, 49/16, 49/16a, 49/21a and 49/21b. The facilities include four platforms, each comprising a topside and a jacket structure, two subsea templates, eight pipelines and associated subsea stabilisation features.

Harbour Energy hereby gives notice that the LOGGS Satellites V-Fields Area Decommissioning Programmes are available on its website at www.harbourenergy.com, or alternatively a hard copy of the document may be requested by contacting Harbour Energy during office hours on 01224 205000.

Representations regarding the LOGGS Satellites V-Fields Area Decommissioning Programmes should be submitted in writing to the person named at the address below, or via email to DecommissioningDCMailbox@chrysaor.com, by the consultation closing date of 12 November 2021. Submissions should state the grounds upon which any representations are being made.
