The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing the date 16 June 2021 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Mr Alastair Charles Stewart Macphie to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Kincardineshire.
