The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing the date 16 June 2021 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Lieutenant Colonel Richard Callander LVO OBE TD to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Midlothian.
