NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held on Tuesday 16th November 2021 at 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in articles to 87 of the said Order.

In order to comply with the Government healthcare advice during the Covid-19 pandemic, a physical meeting of members and creditors cannot take place. To assist creditors with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone and/or video conferencing facilities.

In order to make suitable arrangements to ensure that all those wishing to participate are able to take part, creditors are requested to submit their proxy form in advance of the meeting and indicate that they wish to be sent details by email of how they may participate in the meeting at the required time.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxies together with a full statement of account at the offices of Rachel Fowler Advisory Ltd, 101 F&G Main Street, Moira, BT67 0LH no later than 12 noon on Monday 15th November 2021.

Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Rachel Fowler Advisory Ltd on the two business days immediately proceeding the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

The resolutions at the creditor’s meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
