Notice is hereby given that on 4 November 2021, a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by Swipii Labs Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC437576 and having its registered office at 4 Eaglesham Road, Clarkston, Glasgow G76 7BT craving the court inter alia that Swipii Labs Ltd be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 4 November 2021, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Donald McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND to be Interim Liquidator of Swipii Labs Ltd with the powers specified in part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
