To Major David Allister John Noble OBE

By virtue of the power and authority in me vested by section two of the Lieutenancies Act 1997 I do hereby constitute nominate appoint and grant Commission to you the said Major David Allister John Noble OBE.

To act for me, during my absence from the County, sickness or other inability, as Vice Lord-Lieutenant of the County of Perth and Kinross.

And to do execute and perform all and every act and acts power matters and things which on the part of the Vice Lord-Lieutenant by the laws now in force may or ought to be acted, done, executed and performed in all things according to the true intent and meaning of the same. This Commission shall cease to have effect on the 16th March 2024 when Major David Allister John Noble OBE attains the age of 75 years.
