THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967

The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (Amendment No.19) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021", (S.R. 2021 No. 315), which come into operation on 29 November 2021

This rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 to introduce provision which require individuals to provide certification of their COVID status to gain entry into relevant settings with a higher risk of transmission of COVID-19. There is also a minor amendment to align the definition of a rave with that of a house party.
