NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at HNH Partners Limited, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL on 05 January 2022 at 10:30 for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.
In order to comply with the government healthcare advice during the Covid-19 pandemic, a physical meeting of creditors cannot take place. To provide creditors with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone and/or by video conferencing facilities. Such creditors wishing to participate should submit a proxy and indicate that they wish to be sent details by email of how they may access the virtual meetings at the required time by no later than 12 noon on 04 January 2022.
A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of HNH, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, this should be requested by email to jamie@hnhgroup.co.uk.
Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either virtually or by proxy. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy at the offices of HNH, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL no later than 12 noon on 04 January 2022.
Creditors will not be entitled to vote unless their proofs have been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. While proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, creditors intending to vote at the meeting are requested to send them with their proxies.
The resolutions at the meeting of creditors may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
