Notice is hereby given that on 14 January 2022 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Dildar Singh, Galab Singh and Surinder Singh, as directors of Gold Brothers (Scotland) Limited having its registered office at c/o Morton Fraser LLP 5th Floor, Quartermile Two, 2 Lister Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9GL ("the Petitioners") seeking inter alia an order that Gold Brothers (Scotland) Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts (company number SC353701) having its registered office at c/o Morton Fraser LLP, 5th Floor, Quartermile Two, 2 Lister Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9GL ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 18 January 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and meantime appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo, licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Interpath Limited, Chartered Accountants, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5AS and Alistair McAlinden, licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Interpath Limited, Chartered Accountants, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5AS to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 &5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of which Notice is hereby given:
