I, John Kelmanson (IP No. 4866) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 12 March 2019.

The Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 25 February 2022 ("the last date for proving") to send their proofs of debt to the Liquidator at Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary.
