The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022", (S.R. 2022 No. 12), come into at noon on 21st January 2022.

This rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 by removing the requirement to remain seated and the maximum number that can be seated at one table in hospitality settings.
