THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967

The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (Amendment No.3) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022", (S.R. 2022 No. 16), come into operation at noon on 26th January 2022.

This rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 by permitting dancing, permitting nightclubs to reopen, amending the settings to which COVID-status Certification applies to nightclubs and indoor unseated, or partially seated events with 500 people or more and removing the requirement fo offices to have all reasonable measures in place to ensure 2m social distancing.
