Notice is hereby given that we, Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD and Jason Daniel Baker (IP No. 9644) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company, appointed on 9 June 2021, intend to declare and distribute an interim dividend within the period of two months from the last date of proving mentioned below.

A distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
