CAISTER CM PIPELINES DECOMMISSIONING PROGRAMME (CDP1B)

Chrysaor Production (U.K.) Limited has submitted, for the consideration of the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, the draft Decommissioning Programme for the Caister CM Pipelines, in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1998. It is a requirement of the Act that interested parties be consulted on such decommissioning proposals.

The items/facilities covered by the Decommissioning Programme are:

The Caister CM infrastructure lies 163 kilometres east of the UK Lincolnshire coast in Block 44/23a. The pipelines to be decommissioned are associated with the Caister CM installation and comprise of two pipelines (one gas, one methanol).

Harbour Energy hereby gives notice that a summary of the Caister CM Pipelines Decommissioning Programme can be viewed at this address: www.harbourenergy.com, or alternatively a hard copy of the document may be requested by contacting Harbour Energy during office hours on 01224 205000.

Representations regarding the Caister CM Pipelines Decommissioning Programme should be submitted in writing to the person named at the address below, or via email to DecommissioningDCMailbox@chrysaor.com, by the consultation closing date of 8 April 2022. Submissions should state the grounds upon which any representations are being made.
