NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 as amended, that a final meeting of the members of the above named CIO will be held at Bridgewood Financial Solutions Limited, Poynt South, Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 6LF on Monday 2 May 2022 at 10:00am, to be followed at 10:15am by a final meeting of creditors for the purpose of showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the CIO disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
Proxies, together with Proof of Debt to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator, Andrew Smith (IP No 19210) at Bridgewood Financial Solutions Limited, Poynt South, Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 6LF no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
