DEDDF TRAFNIDIAETH A GWAITH 1992
Mae'r Gweinidog dros Newid yn yr Hinsawdd, un o Weinidogion Cymru, yn rhoi hysbysiad o dan adrannau 14(1)(b) a (2A) o Ddeddf Trafnidiaeth a Gwaith 1992 ("y Ddeddf") o'i phenderfyniad o dan adran 13(1) o'r Ddeddf i'w wneud gydag addasiadau Orchymyn Rheilffordd Ucheldir Cymru Caernarfon a Dinas (Trosglwyddo a Llywodraethu) 2022 ("y Gorchymyn").
Gwnaed cais am y Gorchymyn gan Gwmni Rheilffordd Festiniog o Orsaf yr Harbwr, Porthmadog, Gwynedd, LL49 9NF. Bydd yn trosglwyddo pwerau a rhwymedigaethau'r rheilffordd a ddisgrifir yng Ngorchymyn Rheilffordd Ysgafn Caernarfon 1997 o Ffestiniog Railway Holdings Limited i Gwmni Rheilffordd Ffestiniog. Bydd hefyd yn diwygio trefniadau llywodraethu yng Nghwmni Rheilffordd Festiniog. TRANSPORT AND WORKS ACT 1992
The Minister for Climate Change, one of the Welsh Ministers, gives notice under sections 14(1)(b) and (2A) of the Transport and Works Act 1992 ("the Act") of her decision under section 13(1) of the Act to make with modifications The Caernarfon and Dinas Welsh Highland Railway (Transfer and Governance) Order 2022 (“the Order”).
The Order was applied for by the Festiniog Railway Company of Harbour Station, Porthmadog, Gwynedd, LL49 9NF. It will transfer powers and obligations of the railway described in the Caernarfon Light Railway Order 1997 from Ffestiniog Railway Holdings Limited to The Festiniog Railway Company. It will also amend governance arrangements at The Festiniog Railway Company. The Order, once made, may be found at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ or can be obtained from the Stationery Office at https://www.tso.co.uk/.
The Minister for Climate Change has, pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Act, given notice of her determination by way of a decision letter, dated 17 March 2022, copies of which may be obtained from Decisions Branch, Planning Directorate, Welsh Government, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ or emailing Planning.Directorate@gov.wales. That letter gives the reasons for the determination; the considerations upon which it is based; information about the public participation process; and information regarding the right to challenge the validity of the determination and the procedures for doing so.
