The Queen having been pleased to approve that Dr Sarah Scarth DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Orkney to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in her favour bearing the date 25 January 2022 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
