DECOMMISSIONING PROGRAMMES FOR THE JOHNSTON SUBSEA PIPELINES AND INSTALLATIONS.

In accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1998, Premier Oil E&P UK EU Limited (a Harbour Energy company) has submitted, for the consideration of the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, the draft Decommissioning Programmes for the Johnston subsea pipelines and installations. It is a requirement of the Act that interested parties be consulted on such decommissioning proposals.

The Johnston Field is located in blocks 43/26a and 43/27a of the Southern North Sea, approximately 85 kilometres northeast of Dimlington (Easington). The Johnston Field was developed as a subsea tieback to the Ravenspurn North Central Processing Platform.

The facilities covered by the Johnston Decommissioning Programmes are:

‐ All subsea installations, and

‐ All subsea pipelines associated with the Johnston Field.

Harbour Energy hereby gives notice that the Johnston Decommissioning Programmes are available on its website at www.harbourenergy.com, or alternatively a hard copy of the document may be requested by contacting Harbour Energy during office hours on 01224 205000.

Representations regarding the Johnston Decommissioning Programmes should be submitted in writing to the person named at the address below, or via email to abzdecommissioning@premier-oil.com, by the consultation closing date of 13 May 2022. Submissions should state the grounds upon which any representations are being made.
